  • Nyoka – Photo 1 of 1

    Nyoka

    Corn Snake · 10 years · Female

    Co. Down, Northern Ireland

Everyone meet Nyoka — our beautiful 10-year-old Corn Snake. Nyoka was originally rehomed from us around six years ago as a young adult. Sadly, her beloved owner recently passed away, and she has now found herself back in our care. After experiencing such a loss, she needs a calm, confident new home where she can settle again and feel secure. Nyoka is feeding brilliantly and has just come through a shed — she’s grown noticeably since returning, looking stronger and healthier each day. She isn’t used to being handled at the moment; although her owner did handle her regularly at the beginning she hasn’t had consistent handling in quite some time. With a patient and experienced keeper, she absolutely has the potential to become comfortable with it again. She’s a sweet-natured girl who simply needs someone confident with snakes, someone who understands their sensitivity and can give her the calm, steady routine she deserves. Nyoka is ready for her new chapter — a safe, understanding home where she can continue to thrive.

  • Icon – Photo 1 of 8

    Icon

    €275adoption fee

    Greyhound Cross · 4 years · Male · Large

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Icon is a lovable, oversized goofball whos all about fun and friendship. He adores playing with people and enjoys the company of other dogs, making him a great candidate for a sociable household. While he can be a little cautious in new environments, a bit of patience goes a long way. Due to his size and bouncy enthusiasm, Icon would be best suited to a home with older children who can handle his boisterous nature. He could also thrive with another dog, especially one who enjoys playtime and can help him feel at ease. Icon is still working on his manners, particularly his tendency to jump up when excited, so hell benefit from basic training and consistent boundaries. With the right guidance, hell grow into a well-rounded companion who brings joy and laughter wherever he goes.

    Collie · 6 years · Female

    Co. Cork, Ireland

Loving 6-Year-Old Collie Seeking a New Forever Home 🐾 I’m looking to rehome my 6-year-old female Collie due to ongoing aggression and jealousy toward her sister. This has been a very difficult decision, but it is the right one to ensure both dogs can thrive. She is an intelligent, lively, and energetic girl who loves long walks, chasing a ball, and playing with toys. She thrives on mental stimulation , enjoys learning new things, and responds well to a structured routine. She is: • House-trained and used to family life • Affectionate and bonds strongly with her person • Eager to please with great potential for further training • Healthy and up to date on vet care (add details if relevant) She would do best in a one-dog home , ideally with someone familiar with Collies or high-energy breeds. A home with a secure garden and owners who can give her the exercise, attention, and consistency she loves would be perfect. She has shown aggression only toward her sister, not toward people. I’m happy to provide her bed, toys, and anything that will help her settle, along with information about her routines and what works well for her. I can also support the transition to ensure she feels safe and understood. If you feel you could offer her a calm, loving, and dedicated home, please fill out our Adoption Questionnaire – West Cork Animals
