Fun, friendly and full of energy, Loki is looking for an active home where he can learn, play and thrive. Loki is a 3-year-old Husky Cross who is very friendly and loves getting lots of attention and pets. He also enjoys playing with toys and is always happy to accept a tasty treat! Loki already knows how to sit and give paw when there are treats involved, showing that he is a clever boy who is eager to learn. He is full of energy, though, and can be quite strong on walks, pulling on the lead. As a big, energetic boy, Loki will need an active home that can continue his training and help him learn good manners on walks. With the right guidance, exercise and plenty of positive reinforcement, we think Loki will make a wonderful companion. Loki seems to be very friendly with other dogs, so a canine companion could suit in a home pending a meet&greet.

Meet this handsome young lad! At just 11 months old, this Lurcher cross is a big personality in a growing body! He’s a boisterous, excitable boy who is absolutely full of beans and seems to think everyone he meets is his new best friend. He’s a very sociable youngster who loves people and enjoys meeting other dogs. He can be quite full-on with other dogs, though, so he would need a canine companion who is confident and happy to set appropriate boundaries. He does well with dogs who respect his space and can communicate with him. Despite all his youthful energy, he settles really well once he’s had the chance to burn off some of those beans. As he’ll likely grow into a large dog, his new family will need to be prepared for an energetic young dog who will need plenty of exercise, enrichment, training and stimulation. Older children would suit him best! He’s also an impressive jumper, so a home with high, secure fencing will be essential. This lovely boy has so much potential and is going to be an incredible companion for an active family who can keep up with his enthusiasm for life!
Lexi is an almost 5 year old Spaniel x Malinois making her an active girl who is cleverer than all of us! She will be an extremely loyal, trainable pet but she will need an experienced home. Lexi has not has much consistency across the past year, this lack of stability has led her to being unsure of people and new situations. Once she knows and loves you, you’re golden. She responds really well to kindness and calmness and has fun, cheeky side to her. Lexi could live with another dog if that dog is able to tolerate extreme play! The Malinois in Lexi leads to serious “mouthiness” and she looks like she is all teeth when she is playing. Once she has a good robust playmate she will also snuggle up nicely with them and enjoys their company. She will also be fine as an only dog because she is really faithful to her human. Meeting dogs onlead is a problem with Lexi. She is very leash reactive and she is not a fan of small dogs. A home where she has plenty of rural walks and enough space to have plenty of exercise in her own garden would be a big asset. Lexi is immediately wary of new people and needs a hands-off approach by visitors until she has a chance to suss them out. A home without too many people coming and going, a home without children, and a home that is able to manage introductions capably is going to be needed. To come visit Lexi and learn more about her, please read the Adoption Process on our website and apply using the Adoption Questionnaire.

Terrier (Border) Cross · 6 months · Female · Small
Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland
Type of home required: June is a 5-month-old Terrier cross who has come on leaps and bounds during her time in foster. She was extremely nervous when she first arrived, but with the support of her foster carers and the company of another dog, she has grown in confidence and really started to show her playful personality. June is an energetic and fun-loving puppy who enjoys getting stuck into playtime and is a big fan of her toys. She has particularly benefited from having another dog around and has gained a lot of confidence from watching and learning from them. As such, another dog in the home is a must for June. Although June has made fantastic progress, she is still a young pup and will need her new family to continue helping her build her confidence. In particular, she will need gentle encouragement to feel more comfortable walking on lead and experiencing the sights, sounds and bustle of the outside world. Her new family will need to be patient and allow her to progress at her own pace. If you would be interested in June, please fill out an application form and don't forget to "favourite" her! More information: June is looking for a home with another confident and sociable dog, as she has gained so much confidence from having a canine companion around. Her new family will need to be patient and understanding, giving her the time she needs to continue building her confidence at her own pace. June will benefit from ongoing support with general confidence building, particularly when experiencing new places and situations. She will also need help to become more comfortable walking on lead in the outside world and car journeys, with plenty of positive experiences and gentle encouragement. As a young and energetic pup, June will enjoy a family who can provide plenty of play, enrichment and training. She can live with secondary-school-aged children who can understand her needs and give her space when needed. If you're willing to give June the time she needs, you'll have the privilege of watching her grow into an even more confident and trusting companion!
Rose is a very young but a model cat mum. She is an exceptionately gentle cat and has the patience of a saint with her kittens. She loves human company although she’s not a fan of being picked up. She accepts it for a few seconds then gently tries to get down. She loves being petted and when we sit down ,she either jumps on our lap or sits beside us and pokes us with her paw or nose to pet her. I It would be amazing if she was chosen with Conker by someone who is looking to adopt a pair as they are devoted to each other.
Eloise Meet Eloise our beautiful tortie girl. Eloise arrived into our care back in May as part of a very special little family, alongside her mummy Lila, daddy Jack, brother Elroy, sister Ellie and their auntie. Now around 18–20 weeks old, she is waiting patiently for her forever family to find her. Eloise has a sweet and gentle nature and is a lovely little character once she gets to know you. She can be a little nervous around unfamiliar people and in new environments, but once she’s comfortable and settled, her confidence really shines through. She loves all the fun that comes with being a kitten, especially her toys, cat tree and catnip, and she adores curling up with her siblings when it’s time to relax. There’s nothing quite as sweet as finding Eloise, Ellie and Elroy all snuggled up together after a busy day of playing. And of course, Eloise wouldn’t be a tortie without a little tortitude! She has plenty of personality and is sure to keep her forever family entertained as she continues to grow. She’s also a big foodie and is always very excited when breakfast or dinner arrives. Eloise and her family have perfected their little food-time chorus, so you’ll certainly know when they think their dinner is late! Having grown up alongside her family, Eloise would thrive best in a home with one of her siblings or another family member, or alongside another young, playful and friendly kitten or cat. Eloise is ready for a family who will give her the chance to settle in, get comfortable and let her lovely personality blossom even further
Clooney STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY Meet Clooney our gorgeous silver boy. Clooney arrived as one of the big 62 intake. Clooney is an absolute lovable soul with such a wonderful nature. He’s a very gentle, settled and playful boy who really does bring all the traits you could hope for in a feline companion. Clooney is just as happy curling up somewhere comfy and cosy, enjoying some gentle pets and a good fuss, as he is getting involved in some fun! He loves to play, chase his toys and, even better, have a good play with his feline friends. He has a lovely balance between enjoying his relaxation time and showing off his playful side. And when it comes to food… well, Clooney is definitely a foodie! He gets very excited when he hears that breakfast or dinner is on its way, and he’ll make sure you know just how excited he is about it! This handsome big lad has so much to offer and would make an amazing companion for someone or a family. He’s gentle, affectionate, playful and simply a lovely boy to have around. Given the circumstances Clooney came from, we feel he would thrive best if rehomed with one of his friends from the rescue, or into a home with another friendly, playful cat who can keep him company and enjoy some fun with him. Now we just need to find the family who will give this big, beautiful, lovable boy the forever home he deserves.
Stacey and Hetti Last summer, Hetti arrived with her five kittens and was already pregnant again. She went on to have another litter here at the rescue, and her kittens, having grown up around people, were soon chosen by their forever families. But Stacey’s story was a little different. Stacey grew up outside with her mummy and the four siblings she arrived with, and was always a little more nervous around people than the others. Her siblings were soon chosen by their forever families, but Stacey was the last one left waiting alongside her mummy. Now, over a year later, she and Hetti are still waiting for someone to see just how special they are. Stacey is inquisitive but apprehensive and needs time to feel comfortable around people. Hetti is much more independent and isn’t a girl who seeks out lots of fuss. What they do have is each other, and their bond is incredibly special. They love playing together, curling up together and simply enjoying each other’s company. They also love the simple things, their cat tree, catnip and, of course, their favourite chicken and tuna treats! These girls are looking for a quiet, patient and understanding home where they can take their time, have their own space and simply be themselves. Most importantly, they need a family who will love them for who they are and give them the chance to feel safe and truly at home. Love doesn’t always look like a cat sitting on your lap or asking to be stroked. Stacey and Hetti deserve a family who understands that and will love them exactly as they are. They have never had a family of their own, and we would love for that to finally change. They deserve to know what it feels like to have a home, feel safe and truly belong. Our girls must be rehomed together to a strictly indoor-only home. Could you be the family Stacey and Hetti have been waiting over a year for?
Meet Jessa, a gentle and sensitive girl who is continuing to build her confidence. She has already made lovely progress, but she will still need support as she learns more about the world around her. Jessa is still getting used to everyday things such as walking on a lead, so she will need kind and patient adopters who are happy to guide her at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for her. She is also learning about affection and will benefit from gentle reassurance as she discovers how positive these interactions can be. Jessa will need a fully secure garden where she can practise her skills and continue to grow in confidence before exploring further afield. A calm environment, consistent routine, and gentle encouragement will help her feel more secure and open to new experiences. She can live with calm and understanding teens aged 12 and over, who are able to respect her space and allow her to build trust in her own time. Jessa could benefit from living with a calm and social canine companion who can help her navigate the world and continue building her confidence. A friendly, well-balanced dog may provide her with valuable reassurance and companionship as she settles into home life. With patience and support, Jessa will continue to blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion, and it will be incredibly rewarding to watch her confidence grow.
Bottom- Yen (Left) Florin (Right) *Update – Florin, Yen & Lira has now been rehomed* All 3 Months This group of kittens are a cheeky bunch! They love playing and hiding in their tunnels. Lira and Florin are getting more confident and affectionate, whereas Yen and Stirling are quite shy but get confidence from their siblings. They will need some time and patience in order for them to fully come round, so they would be best suited to a quiet and calm household. We are unsure what they would be like around other cats and dogs.
Meet Chunk. Vet reckons he is an Old English Bulldog mix. He is approx 11 months old. Chunk is looking to be the only dog in the home. He must have been unsocialised with other dogs up to now so is very wary around most dogs. He will need some work in this area. He adores people. Children over 12 will suit Chunk. Chunk is still young and in the right home and with the right training will be such a loyal and obedient pal. Chunk would do better in a country area where he isnt distracted by too many dogs on his walks.

Butch Cassidy STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY Meet our beautiful silver boy Butch Cassidy and his infamous pinky nose He was one of the 62 cats who arrived with us in our big intake, and this lovely boy has been quietly showing us what a gentle and easygoing character he is. Butch is a settled, laid-back boy who enjoys a nice fuss and gentle affection. He’s not a boy who needs constant attention, but he’s always happy to enjoy some affection and a little time with you before settling back down to relax. One of Butch’s favourite places is his cosy radiator bed, where he can keep warm, relax and watch the world go by. He loves sitting there taking everything in and keeping a quiet eye on what’s happening around him. Butch also has a playful side! He loves a ping pong ball and anything involving catnip is sure to get his attention. And when it comes to treats, he knows exactly what he likes, tuna and chicken are firm favourites! Having come from a situation where he was living alongside 61 other cats, Butch is used to feline company. We’d love to see him rehomed with one of his friends, or into a home with another friendly, playful cat who would enjoy having him around. Butch is a gentle, easygoing boy with a lovely nature, and we’d love nothing more than to see him find a home of his own where he can settle in and enjoy all the little things he loves. He’d be happiest with plenty of cosy spots to curl up, toys to play with, some tasty treats and a family to call his own. Now all this lovely boy needs is someone to give him the cosy, happy home he’s been waiting for.
Ricardo STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY Our handsome Ricardo arrived with us as part of the big intake of 62 cats, and this lovely boy has been quietly stealing hearts ever since. Ricardo is one of those cats who is simply a pleasure to have around. He’s settled, easygoing and affectionate, with a wonderfully gentle personality. He enjoys taking everything in at his own pace and can often be found sitting watching the world go by, while keeping a very close eye on what the volunteers are getting up to. When it’s time to put his paws up, Ricardo knows exactly what he wants, a cosy, fluffy blanket to curl up on and enjoy a well-earned snooze. But he’s not always in relaxation mode! Give him a ball and he’ll happily show off his footwork skills, and he’s also rather partial to a little catnip. And then there’s Ricardo’s way of winning you over… He absolutely adores getting pets and scratches, and if he’s really enjoying your company, you might even be treated to one of his sweet little nose boops. Of course, no Ricardo profile would be complete without mentioning his love of tasty treats! Chicken, tuna and mackerel are all very much appreciated, this handsome gentleman certainly knows what he likes! Ricardo really is such a lovely all-rounder. Calm when you want a quiet companion, playful when the mood takes him, and affectionate when he’s ready for some attention. We can already picture him happily settled into a forever home, enjoying his fluffy blankets, tasty treats and plenty of love. Could Ricardo be the handsome boy you’ve been looking for?
Rafael STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY Rafael arrived with us as part of the big intake of 62 cats and has quickly become a firm favourite in the cattery. With his fun personality, affectionate nature and laid-back attitude, he really is a lovely character to have around. There’s never a dull moment when Rafael is about! He has the most adorable little fancy trot that comes out whenever he’s looking for a bit of craic and carry-on. It’s such a funny little quirk and one of the many things that makes him so special. He’s also a big fan of catnip, so there’s always plenty of opportunity for some playful antics! When he’s ready to wind down, Rafael is very happy enjoying the finer things in life, particularly a cosy, fluffy blanket. He’s also a serious foodie and is always more than happy when it’s time for his grub! If you’re lucky, you might even be on the receiving end of one of Rafael’s famous little nose boops. With his easygoing personality, affectionate side and wonderfully playful character, Rafael would make a fantastic companion or family pet. He has so much to offer and we know he’ll bring plenty of fun, cuddles and happiness to his forever home. We really hope his special family is out there waiting to meet him.
Type of home required: This older gentleman is looking for his retirement home! Patch is looking for a quiet home where he can potter about at his own pace and enjoy his retirement. Patch is a friendly little dog when out and about and enjoys to go out for short walks and car trips so he can have a sniff about in new places. He would be best suited to an adult only home and be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the attention. He is a classic terrier with a big personality and a lot to say so a peaceful area would suit him best. More information: Patch is a typical terrier who needs a quiet and understanding home who will let him do his own thing. Terrier experience would be preferred but not essential. Patch would prefer to be walked in quieter areas where he can explore undisturbed. Patch has been a bit unsure when seeing the vet, and while he has been working on this, he will require some ongoing training to keep building his confidence.
