  • Meko – Photo 1 of 1

    Meko

    Cat · 4 months · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Meko – The super playful kitty. Meko is a 4-month-old cute golden tabby. He was born into a cat colony but is very friendly and would much prefer to be a part of an inside family instead. Meko is very playful and curious. He’d even rather play than have treats, but of course treats are welcome too. He is a very friendly, easy-going kitty and loves to get pets. He is a bit shy, but he is brave and curious, so his confidence grows every day. Like any cat adapting to a new home, he will need some time to adjust and settle. Patient pawrents are needed to help him decompress and get used to his new forever home. But he is a very happy, confident cat and so will surely settle in, and you’ll feel like he has been a part of the family since forever. Do you have a cat shaped hole in your heart that needs filling? Meko would love to help with that! • Louie – Photo 1 of 1

    Louie

    Cat · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Louie and Nina, two sweet siblings looking for a cosy, loving home! Although Louie and Nina are not a bonded pair and could be adopted separately, they are very attached to one another. Louis, the biggest of his litter, often stands up for his playful little sister, who tries to copy him in every way she can and follows him everywhere. Nina has a mischievous streak, though, often eating Louie’s food before he has had a chance to finish! This taste for mischief might be something she picked up from her brother Louie, who is known to practice a few escape-artist antics from time to time. Louie is a quiet, gentle, and affectionate soul who is growing braver every day. He had been the shyest of his siblings, and it still takes him a while to become comfortable around new people. However, as soon as he has earned your trust, he is incredibly affectionate. We just know that, once he finds the right person, he will be the sweetest, calmest cat you can imagine. Whether he is adopted alone or with his sister, Louie is certain to be a wonderful, affectionate, and calm companion for his new human friend!

Meet Finn and Reya – two wild kitties ready for a life of comfort 💗 At 6 months old, Finn and Reya were rescued from a tough life outside and have blossomed under the cosy roofs of caring humans. • Sophie – Photo 1 of 1

    Sophie

    Cat · Female

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

The name Sophie comes from the Greek word for “wisdom,” and seldom has it been more fitting than in her case. Behind that beautiful, fluffy tuxedo coat is Sophie, a gentle elderly lady of over ten years old who has spent her entire life on the streets. Now, she is looking for something she has never had before: a loving home and someone to share her golden years with. Despite spending more than a decade as a stray, Sophie is incredibly friendly with people. She loves being petted and, with a little time to adjust to the comforts of home, she could very well become the ultimate snuggle bug. Sophie would thrive in an adult-only home where she can be the only cat and enjoy all the love, attention and care she deserves. Her eyesight isn't the best, but she gets around well and doesn't let it hold her back. If you think you could give Sophie the cosy, caring home she deserves and make her golden years truly special, you may just gain a wonderful new best friend in return. He does however, enjoy his home comforts, especially curling up on the bed for a long nap after his morning adventures. He's a clever and vocal boy who will certainly let you know when he thinks it's time to go outside! • Monty – Photo 1 of 3

    Monty

    Beagle · 5 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Monty is a handsome 5-year-old Beagle with a gentle nature and plenty of love to give. Friendly, affectionate and happiest when he's spending time with his people, he's looking for a family who will give him the second chance he deserves. Like most Beagles, Monty enjoys getting out for walks, following interesting scents and being involved in everyday family life. Once he's had his exercise, he's more than happy to relax and enjoy some fuss and attention. Monty is already well mannered and has settled nicely into home life. He is: ✅ Neutered ✅ Vaccinated ✅ House-trained ✅ Lead-trained ✅ Knows basic commands ✅ Good with children ✅ Good with other dogs Although Monty is wary of cats, he is not aggressive towards them. A cat-free home would likely suit him best. Sadly, through no fault of his own, Monty's family have had to make the difficult decision to find him a new home. They simply want him to have the loving, secure future that every dog deserves. Monty would suit a home where he'll be included as part of the family, enjoy regular walks and have plenty of companionship. In return, you'll gain a loyal, affectionate friend who is ready to settle into his new life.

  • Rocky – Photo 1 of 1

    Rocky

    Cat · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Rocky – The classical music lover. Rocky is estimated to be just over 6 years old. He is a very sweet black and white kitty. He really likes classical music, and Dreamies. His other favorite things to do are sleep and look out the window. He loves to sleep on the back of the sofa, or on the armrest. He loves these spots because they’re comfy to look out the window from. He enjoys human company and loves pets. He’ll paw at you to ask for pets. He likes to stay near you but usually doesn’t spend too long on your lap. He has a good appetite and will generally eat everything. His least favorite flavor is turkey though. He especially likes pâté or soft jelly wet food. He doesn’t have all his teeth, so these textures are nice for him, yet he will still eat some dry food and of course treats. He loves to scratch on the scratching mat or post. He likes to maintain his manicure this way. He is a very sweet boy and usually comes to greet you at the door when you arrive home. He wants to say hello and hear about your adventures! He prefers a quieter home and isn’t a fan of sudden movements. His life so far has been quite tough, and he has been through a lot. He is missing teeth and only has 1 ear. He is super brave and doesn’t let this get him down! He hopes to find a forever home where he can be a beloved part of the family. • Atlas – Photo 1 of 1

    Atlas

    Cat · 8 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Atlas – This kitty wants to settle down and enjoy the indoor cat life. Atlas is an estimated 8-year-old cat whose history is a bit of a mystery. He showed up in a kind person's garden about a year ago but left soon after. Then a few weeks ago, he showed back up. The kind person noticed him and brought him to the vet as he wasn’t in the best state. He has made major improvements thus far. He gets on very well with people. He is very sweet and loves to make biscuits. He even let himself get a bath! He unfortunately is a stray, likely from a TNR colony and doesn’t get along with other cats. He would be best suited to being the only pet in the household. Perhaps he noticed that this person has cats and looks after them super well, and so he thought maybe they could help him find a nice forever home too. He now has a plan in place to find his forever home and is very excited to meet his new family. He loves to sleep and eat and just be near his forever person. He isn’t a very needy cat. He is just super chill and wants to be around you. He is very observant and gets affectionate when he relaxes. He is such a lovely cat and really deserves a happy and safe home to call his own, especially since life as a stray can’t have been easy. He would love to join your family and be the official biscuit maker of the team! The Purr-fect Forever Home Older child friendly Solo ruler Indoor Only Special needs kitty – He has symptoms of asthma, a slight heart murmur, and also a fractured hip. He currently doesn’t require medications for these, however that could change in the future. NOTE: Cat(s) are not in CDPA care

  • Shmig – Photo 1 of 1

    Shmig

    Cat · 7 years · Female

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Shmig Shmig is a warm, sociable young lady (7 years young) who loves company and isn't shy about asking for affection. She'll find you, she'll nudge you, and she'll make herself completely at home — probably on your lap. She's playful, resilient, and thoroughly unbothered by her own differences. Shmig has a neurological condition that affects her balance, giving her a distinctive wobbly walk. It doesn't slow her down and it doesn't dampen her spirit — she plays, she explores, and she gets where she wants to go. She just does it with a little extra character. Her condition doesn't require any medication or additional daily care. What she needs most is a loving, accepting home where she can move at her own pace, without pressure or loud disruption. If you've ever wanted a cat with a genuine personality and a story — Shmig is that cat. A little something to know Shmig has a sensitive digestive system and will need an adopter who is comfortable with occasional dizzy spells — something her current foster manages calmly and without fuss. It's part of who she is, and the right person won't mind a bit. The right home for Shmig 🐾 Special needs kitty — patience and understanding a must 👧 Older children only — a calm household suits her best 🏠 Indoor only — she needs a safe, secure environment 🐱 Only pet or gentle companion — no boisterous dogs or dominant cats

  • Eddie – Photo 1 of 1

    Eddie

    Cat · 2 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Eddie, a sweet, affectionate tuxedo cat looking for a family to call his own! Eddie is a beautiful little gentleman, two years old and looking for a safe place where he can be the centre of attention. Eddie is a sweet and loving cat who seeks out cuddles at every opportunity — sometimes even choosing them over breakfast. He loves to be close to the people he trusts and loves nothing more than to be petted and made a fuss of. Eddie would be best suited to a home where he can get plenty of attention, ideally somewhere where there is someone during the day, but he might also be quite happy in a home where he has another cat friend to play with. Eddie is definitely a snoozy cat. He loves napping in a safe, quiet environment. He shows signs of being quite playful too but is definitely at his happiest when curled up on his comfort blanket — which he’s developed a habit of sucking like a dummy! Eddie would be very happy in a home where people have plenty of love and attention to give him; we know that he’ll give all that love right back and then some.

    Smudge

    Cat · 4.5 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Smudge is a gentle, sensitive boy who needs a little time to trust new people. Once he feels safe, he's full of purrs, head bumps and affection. Watching him blossom has been incredibly rewarding. Smudge is happiest in a sunny spot, the hotter the better, this boy loves acting like a rotisserie chicken. He plays with springs mostly, but will give most toys a whack to see what happens. Not having many teeth left doesn't affect him in the slightest, he will still munch through his bikkie bits with joy. He'd thrive in a calm, patient home where he can settle in at his own pace. He could be a lovely companion for another quiet independent cat. Once he warms to you, he is really affectionate. He loves cuddles first thing before breakfast. Favourite things? Boiled chicken, sunny spots, cosy beds, head rubs and springs to play with.

Alphonse loves following his humans from room to room, investigating every nook and cranny, and finding the highest perch to sit on so that he can watch the world go by. Whether he's peeking behind furniture, squeezing into little gaps or sitting on the windowsill, he's always curious about what you're doing. He's also a social boy who enjoys curling up beside his people on the sofa and is quick to make friends with visitors. His favourite toys are anything he can chase and instead of meowing, he often chirps like a bird! Edward is the quieter brother who is happiest observing the world from the comfort of his favourite cat bed before deciding when it's cuddle time. His favourite place to be petted is his belly and chest, and he'll gently hold onto your hand with his paws if you stop too soon! He is easy to please with his favourite toy being an ice cube!! He loves his scratching post, ball toys and playing with Alphonse. Alphonse and Edward are FeLV (Feline Leukaemia Virus) positive. FeLV is a virus that only affects cats. Oscar & Sam

    Cat · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

For the first four months of their lives, Sam and Oscar learned one thing: the world was something to be afraid of. Born into a colony in a busy Dundalk car park, they survived by hiding, dodging cars, and sticking close to each other. By the time they were finally trapped and brought to safety, they were terrified of people, riddled with parasites and ear mites, and had never known what it felt like to be someone’s beloved little cats. And then, slowly, something beautiful happened. Sam decided to give humans a chance. He discovered full bowls, warm beds, and belly rubs — and it turns out he absolutely LOVES all three. He purrs, he cuddles, and he has thrown himself wholeheartedly into this new idea that humans might actually be pretty wonderful. Oscar is still learning. He is the more frightened little brother. New things are scary. People are still scary sometimes. But when Oscar doesn’t know whether to be brave, he looks at Sam. Sam is his protector, his confidant and the little piece of home he has carried with him through everything. Separate them and they cry for each other. For four months, these boys had nobody looking out for them but each other. Now we want to find the person who looks at them and says, “You don’t have to look after yourselves anymore. I’ve got you.” Their perfect home will need patience. Oscar won’t walk through the door and immediately understand that his frightening days are over. But every day, he is learning. And with Sam beside him and the right person loving him, we know he’ll get there. They survived their beginning together. Now we need someone extraordinary to give them the ending they deserve, together, safe, spoiled rotten and loved for the rest of their lives.
