About Smudge

Smudge is a gentle, sensitive boy who needs a little time to trust new people. Once he feels safe, he's full of purrs, head bumps and affection. Watching him blossom has been incredibly rewarding. Smudge is happiest in a sunny spot, the hotter the better, this boy loves acting like a rotisserie chicken. He plays with springs mostly, but will give most toys a whack to see what happens. Not having many teeth left doesn't affect him in the slightest, he will still munch through his bikkie bits with joy. He'd thrive in a calm, patient home where he can settle in at his own pace. He could be a lovely companion for another quiet independent cat. Once he warms to you, he is really affectionate. He loves cuddles first thing before breakfast. Favourite things? Boiled chicken, sunny spots, cosy beds, head rubs and springs to play with.
