    Luna

    €275adoption fee

Terrier (Staffordshire Bull) Cross · 7 years · Female · Medium

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Meet Luna, a gentle soul with a quietly confident spirit. This lovely lady is sweet natured and affectionate in her own understated way. She is not one for constant fuss or overwhelming attention, but she truly enjoys being near her people, happily sharing space and companionship on her own terms. Luna is looking for a calm, adult only home where she can be the only pet and enjoy the peaceful life she prefers. A secure garden is important for her, giving her the freedom to stretch her legs, explore, and play safely at her own pace. She would love to live close to quiet walking areas where she can enjoy relaxed strolls without encountering too many other dogs. Even better if these spots are within walking distance, as she prefers not to spend long in the car. After a gentle walk and a bit of fresh air, Luna is perfectly content to settle down beside you and simply relax, soaking up the comfort of home. She would thrive with someone who is home for most of the day, offering her steady companionship and a reassuring presence. In return, Luna will be a loyal, calming companion who brings warmth and quiet joy to the right home.

  • Karen – Photo 1 of 1

    Karen

    Dog · 3-4 years · Female

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Karen is between 3 and 4 years old. Karen spent a long time waiting in the pound, but now that she’s in rescue, we’ve had the joy of getting to know the real Karen — and she’s absolutely beautiful, inside and out. In the house, she’s a dream. She’s calm, respectful, and gentle. No chewing, no destruction — just a lovely companion who’s happy to quietly share your space. She’s comfortable being left alone and doesn’t stress or make a fuss. Honestly, she’s a lot like having a Labrador around — affectionate, steady, and loyal. Outside, Karen enjoys doing her own thing. She loves a good sniff and walks beautifully on the lead. While we haven’t fully tested her with other dogs yet, she passes them calmly and politely on walks. Karen is a deeply loyal girl who’s ready to bond with someone special. She doesn’t ask for much — just a safe home and someone who’ll love her as much as she’ll love them. Could that be you? This is Karen on a day out from the kennels.

Retriever (Labrador) Cross · 1 year · Female · Large

Shes a classic goofy lab who wakes up each day ready for fun, adventure, and making new friends. Isadora absolutely adores meeting people and bonds quickly with everyone she meets. Shes still learning how to manage those big feelings, so ongoing, positive training will be important to help her grow into her best self. Isadora is a strong girl on lead and would thrive with an active family who enjoys long walks, hikes, or runs to help her burn off her youthful energy. As shes still very young, shes looking for a dedicated home that will provide consistent training, structure, and routine as she navigates adolescence. Isadora is hoping to find a family who can continue her training and help her learn to manage her big feelings when seeing other dogs out and about. Isadora would love to be the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all of your attention. At this stage, she would be best suited to an adult-only household while her training continues. Tyson

    Dog · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Tyson’s journey with us started when he was just a year old. His previous owner, who cherished him as a guard dog and loyal companion tragically passed away. Now like many others Tyson faces challenges finding a home. Not every dog can be the park-friendly, cat-loving, universally social shepherd. Tyson would thrive in a home with an experienced owner who will take the time to properly introduce him to new people. He would adore his new owner and be an incredibly loyal companion.

  • Lucas – Photo 1 of 1

    Lucas

    Dog · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Lucas was found as a stray and brought to the pound in the most disgusting state, very underweight, his skin was in such a bad way with red raw patches all over his body. He had 2 filthy collars on his neck so tight and a heavy chain hanging from one. Because of the abuse and neglect he suffered Lucas now finds it very hard to trust people. There are a few people he has learned to trust but this took time and experience. Lucas will now be extremely difficult to rehome so while he waits for his miracle we have promised to look after him for as long as it takes.

    Fawn

    Dog · Female

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Fawn came to us when she was a year old after having trained with the PSNI. Now nearly 4 years later Fawn still hasn’t found a home of her own. She would need a very experienced owner, with a deep understanding of dog behaviour to give her all the love and attention she needs. While other pups were being socialised, learning to play, how to behave in a home, Fawn was learning to do a job. As a result of this Fawn now needs a very specific home. We don’t know when we will find it but until we do we will make sure Fawn is happy & healthy and taken care of as best we can.

  • Zeus – Photo 1 of 1

    Zeus

    Dog · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Zeus came to us last year having spent 3 years locked in a filthy shed. He was locked away when he was only a pup so he was never shown any affection, any love or comfort or how to behave. Because of the abuse and neglect he suffered, Zeus has now become one of the more difficult dogs to rehome. So now Zeus will have to wait for that one in a million home. A home with an experienced owner, someone willing to take time to come and meet him, let him learn to trust, a home with a large secure garden where he can run and play and follow his owner around. Zeus is an extremely loyal dog, smart, resilient and so grateful for the little things most dogs take for granted.

    Pair

    Aozora and Bonnie

    Dog · Female

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

What a fabulous pair of beauties and they are hoping to find a home together. Aozora dreams of a home where she will be the only doggy or another big dog to play with ( Bonnie) as she is very playful and will be spoilt rotten. Bonnie is quite a large dog of around 55kg, so small children won’t be suited to her as she is very clumsy and she will require a medium amount of exercise everyday. Bonnie is very good in the house and is toilet trained too. Bonnie loves people and absolutely loves giving everyone big hugs 🥰 She loves treats, bones, toys and sometimes balls. Bonnie also loves her walks, essentially if it involves dipping her feet into the water. Bonnie doesn’t like small or medium sized dogs so needs to be muzzled walking but is muzzle trained and doesn’t mind it. She walks good on the lead. She needs an enclosed garden. Bonnie isn’t cat friendly.

Terrier (Boston) Cross · 3 years · Male · Small

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Loki is a sweet young pup with a heart full of love and potential. Loki is looking for a patient and understanding family who can help him continue his training and build his confidence at his own pace. He thrives on routine, gentle guidance, and lots of positive reinforcement. Food is one of Loki's favourite things. Sometimes a little too much! Because of this, he appreciates having his own space during mealtimes and when enjoying tasty treats. This playful pup absolutely loves his squeaky toys and a good game of tug-of-war. He also enjoys the company of other dogs and can get quite excited during play, so ongoing guidance to help him learn calmer play manners will be important.
