Like many former racehorses, she can occasionally be a little flighty, so she is looking for a knowledgeable home with someone experienced in riding and managing ex-racers. Despite this, Elzaa is a kind, easy-going mare who loves attention and enjoys being part of a routine. She deserves a home where she can continue to thrive and be appreciated for the lovely horse she is.

It’s officially kitten season, and we are now taking applications for our current and upcoming kittens looking for forever homes! Our kittens are full of energy, curiosity, and chaos — hoping to spend their days in their new homes zooming around, chasing toys, climbing absolutely everything, and then curling up together for well-earned naps. Where possible, we prefer for kittens to be adopted in pairs so they can keep each other company as they grow. Having a feline friend helps kittens learn social skills, burn off all that playful energy, and settle more confidently into their new homes. Plus, there’s nothing sweeter than watching bonded kittens cuddle up together after a busy day of adventures. We’re looking for homes that can offer plenty of love, patience, playtime, and enrichment while these little ones grow into happy, confident cats. Layla is an incredibly gentle and affectionate girl, with a heart of gold and enough personality to brighten any home. Layla is a truly special girl with so much love to give. At 6 years of age, she absolutely adores human company and is happiest when she’s out on a walk with her favourite people, soaking up cuddles and attention. She is very sweet, affectionate, gentle, and incredibly patient, Layla has a lovely nature that makes her a joy to spend time with. She is very intelligent and loves to keep herself busy, especially when toys are involved. In fact, she’s convinced she should be an official toy tester! She loves fetching, and playing, and, like many enthusiastic toy experts, occasionally “redecorating” them by pulling them apart. Layla is muzzle trained, lead trained and is fantastic for the vet, taking everything in her stride like the clever girl she is. Layla loves other dogs, and with the right owner experience and a positive dog meet, could potentially live with another dog. Layla is searching for a loving home where she can enjoy cuddles, adventures, toys, and quality time with her humans. In return, she’ll offer endless affection, loyalty, and plenty of laughs along the way. This sweet girl has so much love to give and deserves a home where she will finally be cherished.
Gentle, sensitive and full of potential, Rockie is looking for a patient home where he can continue to learn to trust. Rockie is a young mule who came into our care after being abandoned at Ballinasloe Fair. He had a very difficult start, including injuries to his face caused by being tied with rope. Despite everything he has been through, Rockie has shown incredible resilience and a real willingness to connect. When he first arrived, Rockie was very nervous and unsure of people and his surroundings. He displayed fear based behaviours such as kicking, but with time, consistent handling and kind, patient care, he has made fantastic progress. He is now much better at communicating how he feels and will give clear warnings when he is uncomfortable. At heart, Rockie is a very affectionate boy who wants to trust. Once he feels safe, he forms strong bonds with his person and enjoys that connection. He will need a calm, experienced home that understands his past and is willing to give him the time, patience and reassurance he needs to continue building confidence. Rockie is still learning and developing, and will benefit from ongoing handling in a quiet and supportive environment. With the right approach, we believe he has huge potential to continue progressing and becoming a confident and trusting companion. He is also a lovely mover and, when he is older and ready, could potentially be broken and brought on for riding in the future. Rockie has been through more than most at such a young age, but he has so much love to give. With the right person by his side, he will truly come into his own and form a very special partnership,
