Wren

About Wren

Wren is a 6 year old Wirehaired German Pointer female ( weighing in at about 30 -35kg ) who needs a new home. Wren was adopted from us 4 years ago with Milo the Lab. She had arrived from us from the old South Tipperary Dog Pound after she was picked up as a stray and never reclaimed. She was subsequently adopted from us, and a female dog was added a few years later, unfortunately there has been scuffles between the 2 females .. ( the male lab has never been an issue ) and in short Hilda is now back with us and looking for a new home. She is completely heartbroken at her change in circumstances and we would love to get her back into a home as soon as possible. Wren is gentle on the lead, fully crate trained, quite a lazy girl and enjoys spending most of the day sleeping She pays no heed to other dogs out walking or as they pass her kennel. Her ideal home will be: • Either as an only dog or with a quite large breed male. • no cats • She has lived with kids for the last 4 years so can live with respectful children. • She is fully crate trained. • She is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. If youd like to offer her a forever home please pm the page to start the process #adoptdontshop #rescueisourfavoritebreed #thehavenrescueteam #wirrhairedpointer #gwp
