Red 🩵 🐾 He is approx 3 year old, bully x who came into our care as a stray & was sadly not re-claimed 😔 Red has been the perfect gentleman since joining us & as we are gradually getting to know him more ... we are all slightly falling in love with the bruiser 🫶🏽 Red is a total people dog, he loves attention & being close to you .. he sticks to you like a magnet for cuddles 🧲 Red is a great lad to walk on the lead, yes he can be strong at times due to his size, but he soon settles at a nice pace, making sure to get every single sniff in possible 🍂 He’s most content toddling down the lane with his waggy tail, exploring the world & having a good old roll in the grass ... he really is a happy chappy 🫶🏽 Red is great with other dogs, more than great ... he’ll make sure to cover a furry pal in as many kisses (& slobber) as possible .. he’s the ultimate softie 🥹 He could re-home with sibling pal pending successful meet & greet 🐶 He is not child or cat tested. Scrappy

    €200adoption fee

    Jrt/Dash X · 6 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

✨ Introducing this lovely distinguished little gentleman ... Scrappy 💙 🐾 He is approx 6 years young, a dachie x who sadly came into our care as a stray & has not been re-claimed. Scrappy has been a delight to have in our care, when he first arrived he was very scared & confused ... he didn’t really want to know us at all ... but finally after some perseverance & tasty treats - He’s decided he likes us now 😅 Since then, we’ve discovered what a tennis ball chasing, belly rub lover, cuddle bug he was hiding inside this whole time 🫶🏽 Scrappy can be a bit shy with new people, but once he realises you are there for playtime & rubs he is all over you. He is thriving now he is getting all the attention & is such an easy going boy. He loves being close for cuddles, rolling over for good ole belly scratch & chasing after balls 🎾 He’s a playful, loving chap underneath it all ! Scrappy is great to walk on the lead & loves his little nosies down the road. He can be a little barky with other dogs & may be more suitable to any only dog home where he can be the king of the castle 👑 He is toilet trained & not child or cat tested. Due to his cautious, older nature, we would not re-home with children. Scrappy is an absolutely stunning little boy, I mean just look at him 😍 He has such an easy going, pleasant nature .. he wouldn’t require endless walks , a little toddle down the road & a roam in the garden to lie in the sun & chase his tennis ball would do him. This little gent deserves a second chance, a new chapter to his story ... and we know the perfect forever home is out there waiting for him 💙 🐾

    Atlas

    €200adoption fee

    Staffy/Pitbull · 3 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

✨ Introducing Mr Smiley himself .. Atlas 💙 🐾 He is a 3 year old, neutered staffy x, who was surrendered into our care through no fault of his own 🫶🏽 Atlas is the smiliest boy with the waggiest tail ... he doesn’t understand why his life has been turned upside down, but we’re doing our best to make him feel right at home 👌🏽 He’s a friendly chap who is great with people , he just loves being told what a good boy he is 😇 Atlas loves to play & adores his walks ... sniffing the grass & seeing the world go by ! We’ve been told he’s also rather fond of little drives in the car too ☺️ He can be a little strong to walk , but soon settles down , which you would expect for his kind of size. He’s got a gentle demeanour to him, has basic manners & doesn’t snap treats from your hand... however he can be a little excitable & jumpy at times. His previous owners suggest owing to this, he is best re-homed as an only dog & with children > the age of 12. We have no information of his exposure to cats. Atlas really is a beautiful boy who had done no wrong & he has been a joy to have in our care. Like the rest of our dogs, he deserves a fresh start .. and a loving, playful forever home who will fall in love with him & treat him like the king he is 👑 💙 🐾

  • Monty – Photo 1 of 3

    Monty

    Beagle · 5 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Monty is a handsome 5-year-old Beagle with a gentle nature and plenty of love to give. Friendly, affectionate and happiest when he's spending time with his people, he's looking for a family who will give him the second chance he deserves. Like most Beagles, Monty enjoys getting out for walks, following interesting scents and being involved in everyday family life. Once he's had his exercise, he's more than happy to relax and enjoy some fuss and attention. Monty is already well mannered and has settled nicely into home life. He is: ✅ Neutered ✅ Vaccinated ✅ House-trained ✅ Lead-trained ✅ Knows basic commands ✅ Good with children ✅ Good with other dogs Although Monty is wary of cats, he is not aggressive towards them. A cat-free home would likely suit him best. Sadly, through no fault of his own, Monty's family have had to make the difficult decision to find him a new home. They simply want him to have the loving, secure future that every dog deserves. Monty would suit a home where he'll be included as part of the family, enjoy regular walks and have plenty of companionship. In return, you'll gain a loyal, affectionate friend who is ready to settle into his new life.

    Bullbreed · 2 years · Male

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

🐾 MEET BALOO 🐾 This gorgeous 2-year-old American Staffy is looking for his forever home! Baloo was surrendered through no fault of his own — his family found he'd simply grown bigger than they expected. He's a big, bouncy, affectionate boy who just wants to make friends with everyone he meets. Baloo is still young and full of energy, and with the right guidance he's going to blossom into an amazing companion. He'd do best with an adopter who has experience with the breed and can help him with his manners — a bit of consistent lead training and general obedience work will go a long way for this fella. Bull Breed · 6-7 years · Female

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

✨ Introducing the most darling girl .. Coco 🩷 🐾 She is approx 6-7yr old, bull x who came into our care as a “ surrender”. This poor baby arrived at the Hub in an extremely poor state, literally torn to shreds after an obvious dog attack... we’ve never seen a dog come into our care so battered, torn & bruised 😭 From the moment she arrived, all she ever wanted was to be loved ... she was terrified & rightly so! With lots of kennel time & cuddles from our volunteer Sam (her bestie) to boost her spirits... this little star started to shine 🌟 Coco is an absolute sweetheart, we all adore her for her beauty & her strength ♥️ She loves all the attention, all the pets & will do anything for a slice of 🧀 🤣 She is such an affectionate girl , she just wants to be close to you. She has a playful side too & loves playing with her teddies 🧸 Coco is great to walk on the lead, she loves getting out for her little sniffs & a toddle down the lane. Whilst she does not appear reactive with other dogs (more fearful if anything), she deserves a home where she will be the only dog & be treated like the queen she is 👑 She is not cat or child tested ! Coco has obviously had a rough start in life & despite everything, this hasn’t changed what a gorgeous girl she is ... both inside & out 🫶🏽 She has the most lovable, playful, loyal personality... she just wants to be loved 🥹 Coco deserves the best of homes, where she can play until her heart is content & curl up on the sofa at the end of the day ... in a safe & loving home .. it’s not too much to ask is it ? 🩷 🐾

Our hearts are broken for him 💔 Duke needs a home with people who are experienced with the breed or bigger dogs in general .. no daydreamers!! Ace 🩵 🐾 He is approx 10 month old bully x , who was found injured after being struck by a car & has sadly not been re-claimed 💔 Poor Ace came into our care in a little bit of a state & full of fear ... but after some quick vet care he has come on leaps & bounds ... gradually settling into Hub life & deciding we are all friends now 🐾 Ace can be a little nervous of men, however usually after plying him with treats he soon changes his tune & becomes your best friend 🥰 When Ace gets to know you , he melts right infront of your eyes & is the friendliest , most loving boy ... he’s a softie underneath it all 🥹 Ace is great to walk on the lead, will happily trot by your side taking in the scenery & getting all the sniffs ! Bowie 🩷 🐾 She is a 3 year old pocket bully , who was found as a stray & sadly not re-claimed 🥺 Bowie is exactly what she says on the tin ... a gentle ball of love & cuddles 🥰 All this girl wants is to be close to you & told what a good girl she is... she would melt your heart ! You couldn’t find a more loving girl who thinks she’s a Jack Russell & wants to sit on your lap 🤣 Bowie has been so easy whilst in our care , she’s happy snoozing in her bed or being brought on a little toddle down the lane. She’s low energy, so not impressed with major long walks but she does like to get out for a good wander & sniff 🍃 Bowie is non reactive with other dogs on her walks , she literally has zero interest... but not overly happy if a boisterous, bouncy dog gets in her face - With this in mind, she would be best re-homed as an only dog 👑 Bowie really is a lovely little girl, what you see is what you get ... a smiley , loving , cuddly potato 🩷 Sadly Bowie is starting to stress in kennels, she’s decided we are not her forever home after all 🤣 It’s heartbreaking to see her starting to fret as she’s been very chill & laid back so far 😢 She deserves a fresh start in her life ... a forever family who will shower her with cuddles & hugs ... and make sure she has the comfiest of sofas for her snoozes 😴 Bowie deserves her fairytale ending too 🩷 🐾

  • Walter – Photo 1 of 1

    Walter

    €275adoption fee

    Pointer Cross · 9 years · Male · Medium

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Walter may be an older gentleman, but hes still a puppy at heart. He is a gentle, loving boy who adores his people and is looking for a quiet home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by love. Walter has never met a stranger! Everyone he meets is a potential new best friend, although his age-related loss of vision means he can be a little cautious when exploring somewhere new or meeting someone for the first time. He just needs a few moments to work out exactly where you are and whats happening around him. Unexpected or loud noises can be frightening for Walter, so he will need kind, patient people who understand that he may need reassurance when something startles him. Once he has had time to adjust, Walter is happiest simply being with his people. Whether youre working, relaxing or pottering around the house, Walter will happily settle by your feet and keep you company. And then there are the toys! Walter is a huge toy fan and is very often spotted proudly carrying his favourite stuffed teddy around with him. Walter does enjoy the company of other dogs and could potentially live with a calm, gentle canine companion who could help him feel confident as he learns about his new world. Walter is looking for a home with adults or older teenagers who will treat him gently and understand that his older bones may be a little achy. He will need someone around frequently at first, giving him time to learn his new home, establish a routine and build confidence. Because Walter relies on his memory of where things are, a home with a consistent layout and minimal changes to his surroundings would be ideal. More than anything, Walter is looking for someone who will see the adoring, affectionate puppy he still is underneath those golden years. He doesnt need a busy or exciting life; He just needs a loving person, a peaceful home, his favourite teddy and plenty of affection.

    Pearl

    €275adoption fee

    French Bulldog · 6 years · Female · Small

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Pearl is a sweet, loving Frenchie with a big heart and an even bigger love for her people. Shes the kind of girl who wants to be by your side wherever you go, happily following you around like your very own little shadow. Pearl can take a little time to get to know you and learn that she can trust you, but once she lets you into her heart, she forms an incredibly special bond - one that will last a lifetime. For Pearl, her people mean everything. Shes looking for a home with adults or older teens who understand that good things take time and are willing to give her the patience, love and attention she needs to settle in. Once she feels safe and secure, youll have a devoted little companion who simply wants to be part of your world. She is small in size but can be quite strong on lead so she will need some help in learning some better manners on lead. She has gradually been getting used to car travel in her wonderful foster home, and this will need to be continued in her forever home. Pearl enjoys meeting doggy friends when shes out and about, but at home she would love to be your one and only pet so she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. If youre looking for a loyal little shadow who will adore you with all her heart, Pearl may just be the special girl youve been waiting for.

    Rocco

    €275adoption fee

    Lurcher Cross · 1 year · Male · Medium

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Rocco is a beautiful, friendly lurcher who absolutely loves his people and has a wonderful way of lighting up everyones day when they are around. He has a naturally loving nature and enjoys his walks, especially when he can use his nose, explore his surroundings and take in all the interesting smells. Rocco is happy to greet people while out and about, although he can sometimes become very excited and jumpy. With continued training, patience and plenty of positive reinforcement, he will need someone who can help him learn how to politely say hello and manage those big feelings, so he can continue to enjoy all the affection he deserves. He is a clever, energetic boy who loves his training sessions (and food!) and is always keen to learn something new. He travels brilliantly in the car and loves the opportunity to have a good run around and stretch his long legs. Rocco is also friendly with other dogs, but his excitement can sometimes make him a little full-on. He will need canine friends who are comfortable with his high-energy personality, alongside a family who can continue helping him learn how to manage his excitement and interact appropriately with other dogs. As with any new home, Rocco will need time, patience and understanding while he settles in and gets to know his new family and surroundings. Rocco could share his home with other dogs and could live with older children who wont be intimidated by his size. His adopters will need to be prepared to continue his training and give him the time and consistency he needs to build confidence, learn new routines and truly settle into family life. In return, they will have a loving, fun and wonderfully enthusiastic companion by their side.

    Flossie

    €275adoption fee

Collie (Border) Cross · 1 year · Female · Medium

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Flossie is a gentle soul with a whole lot of love to give. She may be a timid girl who needs a little time to feel comfortable, but once she has had the chance to get to know you at her own pace, she blossoms into the most loving and cuddly companion. When Flossie finds her person, she forms a very special bond and would happily spend her days right by your side. For Flossie, the world can sometimes feel like a big and scary place. She needs new people to take things slowly and give her the time and patience she needs to build trust. With the reassurance of someone she knows and loves, her confidence grows day by day, allowing her naturally curious and gentle personality to shine through. Flossie will need ongoing support with learning to walk nicely on a lead, so her new family will need to be patient and happy to continue her training at her own pace. A fully enclosed garden would be a real bonus for her, giving Flossie a safe space where she can gradually build her confidence and discover the outside world without feeling overwhelmed. Flossie is looking for a calm, adult-only home with people who have plenty of time, patience and understanding to help her flourish. She does enjoy the company of other dogs, and having a confident canine companion in her new home could help her feel more secure and show her that the world isnt quite so frightening. With the right person by her side, Flossie has so much potential to blossom. If youre looking for a quiet, loving companion and have the time to let her confidence grow at her own pace, Flossie could be the special girl youve been waiting for.

    Pepper

    €275adoption fee

    Lurcher Cross · 9 months · Female · Medium

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Beautiful, speckled Pepper is a young lurcher with a big personality and plenty of puppy energy! She loves getting out and about, exploring the world around her and following her nose on exciting walks. Pepper is also wonderfully people-orientated and makes friends very quickly with everyone she meets. Pepper adores human company, so her new family will need to help her gradually build up confidence with being left alone as she settles into normal home life. She absolutely loves playtime and would thrive with an active family who can commit to continuing her training and helping her learn all the skills she needs to become a happy, well-rounded adult. Like many young dogs, Pepper can sometimes get a little over-excited and find it tricky to contain all that enthusiasm! As well as helping her settle into her new home, her future family will need to teach Pepper how to relax and settle between adventures and play sessions. Pepper is looking for a home with adults or older teenagers who can give her the time, patience and guidance she needs. She enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs, although she can occasionally be a little enthusiastic in her approach. For this reason, Pepper would currently be happiest as the only pet in the home. If youre looking for a fun-loving, affectionate young dog who will keep you smiling and who is ready to learn alongside her new family, Pepper could be the girl for you.

    Osgar

    €275adoption fee

    Lurcher · 6 months · Male · Large

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Giddy, excitable and full of puppy-like enthusiasm, Osgar is a young lurcher who is ready to put his difficult start behind him and begin exploring the world! Osgar suffered a badly injured leg when he was younger, which meant he needed time to recover and unfortunately missed out on some of the important experiences and training young dogs usually get. The good news is that Osgar has now made a full recovery and is ready for his next adventure. Although he may be a young dog, Osgar is very much still a puppy just in a rather taller body! His new family will need to help him learn all the basics, from house training and walking nicely on lead to understanding how to settle and make good choices in everyday life. With patience, consistency and plenty of positive reinforcement, Osgar can continue growing into the wonderful adult dog he has the potential to be. Osgar absolutely adores people and would happily spend every minute with you. He will need a family who has plenty of time to dedicate to him and who can help him gradually learn that being home alone is okay too. The Dogs Trust team will be there to guide his new family through this process and help him build his confidence at his own pace. Osgar could live with adults and older teenagers who are ready to embrace the fun, commitment and training that comes with helping a young dog find his feet. His social skills with other dogs are still a work in progress, so for now, Osgar would be happiest as the only pet in the home. He can continue building positive experiences and learning how to make good doggy friends while out and about. If youre looking for a fun, affectionate and slightly goofy young lurcher who is ready for a fresh start, Osgar is waiting to meet you!

  • Daisy – Photo 1 of 5

    Daisy

    €150adoption fee

    Terrier · 10 years · Female · Small

    Co. Dublin, Ireland

Sadly Daisy was surrendered to the shelter, through absolutely no fault of her own. She was a family pet for ten years. Despite being a more mature lady, she still has plenty of spark. She is extremely friendly, adores people and is always happy in the company of the volunteers. She gets on well with other dogs, so can be homed with a male dog pending a meet & greet in the sanctuary. She was previously in a home with small children, however, given her Terrier energy she would possibly be better suited to older children. With daily exercise, regular routine and most importantly a cosy bed, Daisy will thrive in a new home. She would love if someone was at home for most of the day to help her settle in. She really doesn’t ask for much but will give lots of love in return. Daisy may have the rough Terrier look but she has the softest personality.
