He is a friendly boy who loves going for walks and, most importantly, absolutely adores playing with tennis balls! Basil is a lovely 10+ year-old Jack Russell Terrier who is still very much enjoying life. He is a friendly boy who loves going for walks and, most importantly, absolutely adores playing with tennis balls! Basil doesn’t have many teeth left and has a grade 3 heart murmur, so his new family will need to be aware of his medical needs and continue to monitor his health with their vet. Despite this, Basil is still happy to head out for a walk, enjoy some playtime and make the most of his days. Basil is now looking for a loving home where he can spend his golden years surrounded by comfort, care and companionship as an only pet (he is friendly towards other dogs, but in the house he likes to have all the food to himself). He may be a senior, but he still has plenty of fun and affection to give.
