Unnamed Collie mix

About Unnamed Collie mix

Status URGENT 8.10.26 : Dog reference 254 large male Collie mix @ 4 years old . Has been in Monaghan county council dog pound 13 days …just 1 day short of the council recommended maximum pound stay of 14 days . He urgently needs a home or rescue centre offer. He is very friendly with staff, actively seeking as much attention and cuddles as possible. Getting used to lead walking but still pulls a good bit . Reactive to some dogs but not all, probably better with females or as an only dog .Unknown if ok with children or cats . Going to need LOTS of space and exercise, a very lively boy . Probably best suited to a rural environment with secure spacious garden / yard to ensure his safety at all times. All aspects of basic training need addressing but shouldn’t be a major issue as positive attention can be paid as reward . If you can offer a suitable placement please text or ring the pound on 0879634121 to arrange a viewing ASAP
