Meet Ted, a gorgeous 2-year-old Shih Tzu x Terrier who has just begun his journey to a bright new future. About Ted Current Status: Ted recently came into our care and is currently getting all the love, TLC, and a much-needed makeover he deserves. The Plan: He has a little journey ahead of him right now. Before we start searching for his final forever home, Ted needs some dedicated time to settle in, work on his socialisation, and complete all necessary vet checks and treatments. What's Next? Patience & Care: Our team is focusing on helping Ted feel safe, confident, and comfortable in a routine.

How to adopt from Dogs In Distress
Read the dog's full profile, then complete the online adoption application; the rehoming team reviews every application and contacts suitable matches. Adopters need a stable home, usually a fully fenced garden, and enough daily time for the dog.
Adoption fees
The minimum adoption donation is €300. This covers microchipping, vaccinations, worming, and spaying/neutering (where age-appropriate).
