Cagney & Lacey

Lacey & Cagney Meet our gorgeous girls Lacey and Cagney, who arrived into our care a few weeks ago and have certainly brought plenty of laughter and entertainment with them! These two are little pocket rockets with bags of personality. They love nothing more than racing around together, playing with the other kittens and throwing themselves into all their favourite toys. They are also major foodies and are never far away when they think there might be a meal or tasty treat on offer! After a busy morning of playing, exploring and keeping an eye on everything the volunteers are up to, Lacey and Cagney are more than happy to curl up together for a well-earned nap. They have a lovely bond and are looking for a home together, where they can continue to grow, play and get up to all sorts of mischief side by side. These two beautiful girls will certainly keep their new family entertained!

Toby

Meet Toby STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY HOME Meet our striking Bengal boy, Toby! Toby arrived into our care as part of our big intake of 62 cats and has been an absolute sweetheart from the moment he arrived. Toby is a big softie who loves all forms of attention and affection. He particularly enjoys a good cuddle and, of course, a little nose boop! He is a lovely affectionate boy who is always happy to see his favourite humans and soak up some fuss. Toby also has a playful side and loves nothing more than having some fun. He is a big lad with plenty of energy and absolutely loves catnip! He can certainly get himself into some mischief when he’s in the mood for playtime. He is also a big fan of his food and gets very excited when breakfast and dinner time rolls around. You’ll often find Toby patiently waiting for his next meal, he certainly doesn’t want to miss out! Toby is happy to live alongside other cats and enjoys having feline company around him. With his wonderful combination of affection, playfulness and big personality, Toby is sure to make someone or a family very lucky. He has so much love to give and we can’t wait to see him find a forever home where he can be truly cherished.

Sophie

Meet Sophie Meet our stunning calico girl, Sophie! This little pocket rocket arrived into our care alongside Sebastian and Molly. She was a little shy when she first arrived, but it didn’t take her long to warm up to us and show us her big personality in true calico fashion! Sophie is full of energy, affection and character, and she brings plenty of laughter to the cattery. She absolutely loves to play and has some very impressive moves up her sleeve! Whether she’s chasing toys, having a little zoom around or showing off for the volunteers, there is never a dull moment with Sophie around. She is also a major foodie and is always very enthusiastic when it comes to mealtimes! But despite her busy, playful nature, Sophie is a real softie at heart and loves nothing more than some cuddles, fuss and a good pet. Sophie can be a little dominant towards other cats, but she does enjoy the company of her brother and sister and has loved having them around. She would therefore need the right feline companion if sharing her home with another cat. Sophie is such a fun-loving, affectionate and entertaining little girl, and we know she will bring so much love, laughter and personality to her forever family.

Sebastian

Meet Sebastian Meet our stunning tabby boy, Sebastian! Isn’t he gorgeous? And just look at those whiskers! Sebastian arrived into our care alongside his sisters, Molly and Sophie. When he first arrived, he was quite scared and shy, but it didn’t take him long to realise he was safe and begin warming up to our volunteers. With a little time and patience, Sebastian has really come out of his shell and shown us what a big softy he is. He is a gentle boy who enjoys his fuss and loves a good pet, but he also has a playful side and enjoys nothing more than having a good play and a mess around with the other cats. He is also very fond of his food, with a little chicken making for a particularly delicious treat! Sebastian would thrive in a home with another friendly cat for companionship and to help give him that extra confidence. While feline company would be wonderful for him, he will also happily lap up all the love, attention and interaction his humans have to offer. We think Sebastian is a really special boy who, with the right family, will continue to blossom into the confident and affectionate cat we know he can be.

Carter

Meet Carter Just look at this gorgeous boy… isn’t he absolutely stunning? Carter is a handsome black and white lad who is searching for the forever home he truly deserves. He arrived into our care as part of the large intake of 62 cats and has settled beautifully, showing us what a lovely, easy-going character he is. Carter is a relaxed boy who enjoys taking life at his own pace. He’s quite content sitting back, watching the world go by, and taking everything in around him. He appreciates the simple pleasures in life, a good meal, a sprinkle of catnip, a few toys to play with, and plenty of gentle fuss and affection from his favourite people. He has a wonderfully calm nature and would be equally happy sharing his home with another friendly, settled feline companion or soaking up all the love and attention as the centre of someone’s world. Carter is looking for a family who will cherish him for the wonderful boy he is and give him the safe, loving home he’s been waiting for. Still young at heart, Levi loves nothing more than playing with his toys, having a good mess around, and keeping himself entertained before settling down for a well-earned rest. One thing you’ll quickly learn about Levi is that he is a huge fan of his food especially chicken, which is guaranteed to win him over every time! Levi could happily share his forever home with another friendly, settled feline companion, but he would be just as content receiving all the love and attention as the only cat in the home. Jemima and her babas

Jemima and Kittens STRICTLY INDOOR ONLY This is a very special appeal for Jemima and her two beautiful babies. Jemima is one of this summer’s wonderful mummy cats. She gave birth to her kittens in our care and, sadly, like so many of our young mums, she was only a big kitten herself. Despite her young age, she has been the most devoted and attentive mum from the very beginning, caring for her babies with endless love and patience. The bond between Jemima and her kittens is truly heartwarming. They love to cuddle up together, play with one another, and are rarely far apart. Watching this little family together is incredibly special. Jemima is a gentle, shy girl who truly thrives with feline companionship. Before becoming a mum, she was very closely bonded with other cats, and that same beautiful bond has naturally carried over to her kittens. She is happiest when she has other feline friends around her, and because of the incredibly close relationship she shares with her babies, we would love nothing more than to find them a forever home together. We know finding a home for three cats is a big ask, but we also know just how special this little family is. We hope someone will see what we see and open their heart to keeping them together. Lila Lila arrived into our care in May alongside several feline friends from the same household. This beautiful long-haired calico girl has a gentle, sweet nature and is now searching for a forever home of her own. Lila can be a little shy when meeting new people, but beneath her cautious exterior is a loving companion just waiting to blossom. Given a little time and patience to build trust, she soon shows her affectionate side and is likely to become a loyal little shadow to her favourite person. A laid-back girl, Lila enjoys finding a cosy spot where she can curl up and watch the world go by. She’s also a big foodie, with chicken being a particular favourite! Lila would thrive in a calm, settled home where she can take things at her own pace and continue to grow in confidence. With a little understanding and plenty of love, she will make a wonderful companion.

Oliver Male aged 2 1/2 Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Oliver is a new arrival at the Barn. He is a lovely affectionate boy - unless you are a small child or a dog. These 2 things he does not like. He hasn’t lived with another cat but has brought a few home in the past so may be ok to live with another cat! Ideally Oliver would like a home with no children or dogs and plenty of space to run about outside. He is a very active cat. A rural home would be perfect. Zimmi

Zimmi Our handsome boy Zimmi, arrived into our care in April and he has been winning the hearts of all our volunteers ever since. This young adult boy is lovely and affectionate, always happy to spend time with the volunteers and enjoy plenty of fuss and attention. He has a playful side too and loves his toys, especially when there’s catnip involved, which always brings out his fun, cheeky personality. His greatest love, however, has to be food, and mealtimes are very much the highlight of his day! always eager and ready when it’s time to eat, which only adds to his charm. Zimmi really would make any house a home, bringing warmth, companionship, and plenty of character with him.

Ben Male aged approx 3 Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Ben is a lovely boy but is a bit stressed at the rescue so his personality is not fully shining through. He will thrive in a home where he is being fussed over once he is allowed to settle. Spice

Spice Male aged 8 Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Spice is one of our resident chatty boys. He’s a lovely boy who loves attention. He recently had a dental so his teeth are tip top but unfortunately, he was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a heart condition. This in no way affects his day-to-day life and he takes 1 tablet a day like a trooper to keep his blood thin. A bit like us with an aspirin. He loves his food and treats and would make the best companion on your sofa. He lived with another cat before but could happily be an only cat. We don’t know how he is with dogs. Brenda & Boris

Brenda & Boris INDOOR ONLY HOME NEEDED Meet our Mother and Son duo Brenda and Boris. Brenda & Boris have been in our care since June 2023. Boris arrived in as a kitten and has grown up to be such a handsome boy! Brenda and Boris are bonded and come as a package that anybody would be lucky to love and look after. Let us tell you about them! Brenda and Boris are renowned for their sweet chirps and squeaks they make when they get excited. It is adorable!! They love to burrow in their beds under their big fluffy blankets, they know comfort at its finest. Our twosome also love to play in their tunnel. But their biggest love is Tuna….they go bonkers for Tuna. Boris can be shy at first but he is a big softy. He loves rough play and belly rubs, he just needs love, patience and consistency and he will thrive into the sweet boy we know and love. They haven’t known much more than the four walls of our cattery and they are loved so much but they deserve a loving home with so much TLC.
