  • Kenzo – Photo 1 of 1

    Kenzo

    £95adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 7 months · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Poor Kenzo came into our care after being attacked by a dog, unfortunately losing a back leg and part of his tail due to his injuries. He is now fit and well, have recovered like a champion! And so is ready to find his loving new home. Kenzo is in the care of our North Antrim and Glens volunteer team, but we deliver our adopted cats anywhere in Northern Ireland so welcome applications from anywhere in the country! Kenzo is a young bundle of fun - playful, affectionate and full of purrs! He is full of fun and beans, and can be a boisterous wee man. Kenzo has lived with children before, and could live with a similarly playful cat with the all important introductions. Kenzo, for obvious reasons, would not be suitable with dogs in the home. Kenzo would ideally be safest indoor only, due to having lost a leg, in a house with time and energy for him - but we would consider very safe outdoor access, such as the countryside.

    Rocky

    £100adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 4-7 years · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Rocky was bought into us as a stray. He is an affectionate boy and LOVES his food. Rocky has some hair loss on his back legs and tail. When he was brought to the vets, he was diagnosed with Intervertebral disc disease. He is on long term pain relief for this, which is to be given every other day. Rocky is content to snooze in his bed and loves a good cuddle. He would be suited to a quiet home and to an indoor lifestyle only, due to his condition.

  • Ralphie – Photo 1 of 1

    Ralphie

    £95adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 4 months · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Meet Ralphie! He is in the care of our North Antrim and Glens volunteer team, but we deliver our adopted cats anywhere in Northern Ireland. Ralphie is a gorgeous boy - he entered our care alongside his sister and cousins as young kittens, during our neutering efforts on a cat colony. Ralphie is the confident, curious, cool dude! He loves being in the middle of the action, exploring his surroundings and keeping you company with his fun, easy-going personality. Ralphie adores other cats, and has been used to his sister's company (as you can see he loves grooming friends!), so we are seeking a home with another cat friend for him to have fun with! He would do well indoor only, or could have safe low traffic outdoor access in future once older and settled.

    Jimmy Neutron and Danny Phantom

    £95adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 4 months · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

This lovely crew came into our care from a multicat colony situation which we were assisting with neutering, and they were unfortunately very unwell with kitten flu. They are now back to full health, and have grown in our care into fabulous kittens! They are within the care of our North Antrim and Glens volunteer team, but we deliver our adopted cats anywhere in Northern Ireland so feel free to apply from anywhere in the country conveniently. Jimmy & Danny were previously up for adoption seperately, but since siblings have been adopted and their little crew got smaller, Jimmy & Danny have become extremely close and bonded! They are such cute, friendly little boys who have become confident and playful. They rub together like something out of a Disney movie now, and like to chiro to each other as they play! They've become really affectionate. Jimmy & Danny need to be indoor only, for Danny's safety as he is FIV+. They'd be suitable with cat wise children. FIV is a lifelong virus which can effect a cats immune system, but with indoor only living and proper love and care FIV cats now live long, normal lives! Danny is a healthy kitten having overcome his kitten flu, and has no other known health problems. Enquire about Jimmy & Danny via the link below to submit an adoption application form!

    Serendipity

    £95adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 4 months · Female

Looking for ridiculous affection, unshakable confidence, tiny but mighty zooms... and just a dash of cluelessness? Then look no further than Serendipity! More commonly referred to as Dippy (her normal state), Chicken Dipper (when playful) or Dicken Chipper (saved for when she's at her absolute silliest!) - this girl is full of beans, life and love. Dippy is FIV+, passed onto her from her mother. This is a condition which effects the immune system, but with indoor only living and proper care FIV positive cats can go on to live long, healthy lives! Due to this, she will require an indoor only home, and can only be adopted into a household with other FIV+ cats. Her brother, Danny Phantom, also is FIV+. She immediately decided after being rescued and feeling better, that everyone and everything in life was there to love her! Dippy has the ultimate positive outlook on life - she adores all toys, playing in water, and zooming like there's no tomorrow. She adores affection, and will demand to be lifted for a cuddle or a baby cradle. She follows people around asking for love! She's such a sweetheart, with lots of energy and an adorably chirpy meow. Dippy would be great with children of any age, and loves all animals - she'd love a friend, however due to her FIV+ status other cats in the home must also be FIV+. She is very confident and forward, so any other animals should be very cat friendly as this little lady will go in for a snooze without hesitation! • Buttons – Photo 1 of 1

    Buttons

    £75adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 13 years 6 months · Female

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Buttons is within the care of our North Antrim and Glens volunteers, but we deliver our adopted cats home anywhere in NI! Buttons is an affectionate older lady who is ready to settle down and enjoy her elder years. Exceptionally loving, Buttons adores attention and affection! She'll meow, purr, and even gently/politely tap you with her paw for pets if you don't provide them in a timely manner! And she'll never be far away when there's a nice lap available to curl up on. Being a larger lady, her mobility wasn't initially the best due to her size/arthritis - but she's come on leaps and bounds! She still likes her ramp to aid her getting up to bed, but she has now lost an impressive 10% of her body weight since coming into our care and she can now... actually jump! She receives a daily dose of inexpensive medication in her food for arthritis, and has become a lot more active. She's been working hard on her weight loss program, and she will need to continue on her diet in her new home as she's made great progress but still has a bit more progress to make. Buttons is a chill girl who likes to spend her days sleeping and getting cuddles! She likes to play occasionally, especially with anything catnip! And toddles along after you, as she loves to be in company. Her fosterers have described her as having a very 'comforting aura', and would be great company for someone looking for a lower maintenance love, to just enjoy each others time and affection. Her ideal home would be one where she can live a quiet life as the only pet in the household (she wants it all to herself! She's not a fan of other animals). She requires some help grooming areas that she can't reach on her own until she loses some more weight, but she absolutely loves getting brushed and her current weight loss has already really helped. She is indoor only for her safety due to reduced mobility, but could toddle about a truly secure garden - she hasn't shown much interest for the outside since coming into our care, she's more interested in loving her people. Buttons is very child experienced having had kids grow up around her, she is patient and very gentle - so children in the home or visiting the home are welcome!

  • Gregory – Photo 1 of 1

    Gregory

    £100adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 8 years · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Greg is a popular resident at the sanctuary, and with good reason! He is very chatty, loves a cuddle and has the grumpiest little face. Greg has tested positive for FIV which means he will need to be kept indoor and the only cat in the house. With cat that has FIV (Feline immunodeficiency virus) they will need to have an extra eye kept on them health wise. This does not mean they can’t still live long and fulfilling lives! He also has spinal compression so he would need raised food bowls and lowered bedding to help his back. He is on long term pain medication, which is to be given intermittently. We will help with supported adoption for him, meaning we will cover any vet fees in relation to FIV treatment (as long as he is brought to our vets in Antrim) He would be suited to a home with children who have a sensible approach to cats. He will need to be kept indoors.

    Commodus

    £100adoption fee

    Domestic Shorthair · 1-2 years · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Commodus is a handsome boy (he definitely knows it!) He is very confident and loves to strut around the cattery! Commodus would need to be the only cat in the house, as he is a rough player and is attuned to his hunting. He will need some time spent playing with him to exert some of that energy. He is very affectionate and will sit on your lap to make biscuits. He is also VERY vocal and loves to have a yarn. He would be suited to a home with older children.

    Domestic Shorthair · 3-5 years · Male

    Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland

Chubby Mittens is a real character! He is a sweet an affectionate boy who is aptly named. He loves cuddles and loves his grub. Chubbs is FIV positive which means he has a weakened immunity so will need to be kept indoors only and the only cat in the house (unless they are FIV). With cat that has FIV (Feline immunodeficiency virus) they will need to have an extra eye kept on them health wise. This does not mean they can’t still live long and fulfilling lives He would be suited to a home with children who have a sensible approach to cats. He will need to be kept indoors.

Bottom- Yen (Left) Florin (Right) *Update – Florin, Yen & Lira has now been rehomed* All 3 Months This group of kittens are a cheeky bunch! They love playing and hiding in their tunnels. Lira and Florin are getting more confident and affectionate, whereas Yen and Stirling are quite shy but get confidence from their siblings. They will need some time and patience in order for them to fully come round, so they would be best suited to a quiet and calm household. We are unsure what they would be like around other cats and dogs.
